Damian

Mystic Mountain Moonrise
Oil on canvas, 1980
When I was growing up I went on many pack trips on Mt. Rainier. This is a stylized vision of that mountain. It could be any mystical mountain, one that exists in the inner worlds. One of my favorite paintings.
